The PACE Foundation has 14 directors with experience ranging in education, health, business, and national development. The expertise of the directors seeks to ensure the holistic development of teen mothers.

All board members are voluntary and we have no permanent staff. From time to time clerical services are hired. Generally these services are provided by board members through their companies or offices, and volunteers called Friends of PACE.
