Mr. Bowleg is a Professional Engineer (Civil | Environmental) | Senior  Hydrologist. He has more than twenty-five years of engineering and environmental experience in the USA, Latin America & the Caribbean. 

He has extensive international water & sanitation-related experience with the Organization of American States (OAS); United Nations  Educational, Science & Cultural Organization (UNESCO); World  Meteorological Organization (WMO); International Water Association  (IWA); Ramsar Convention on Wetlands; and the Global Water  Partnership (GWP).
